Survey Translations
- Survey is available in various languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Croatian, German, Hungarian, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese.
- The online version of the survey is available in English by default. However, parishioners who need the survey in another language can do so in Chrome (app or browser). You can share the following instructions with your parishioners:
- On your computer
- Open the survey link with the Chrome browser.
- On the right corner of the address bar, click the three dots, choose Translate, and select the preferred language.
- On Android or OSX phone/tablet
- Open the survey link with the Chrome app.
- Click the three dots, choose Translate, and select the preferred language.
- Otherwise, you can also ask your parish to provide you with a printed translation. To download survey translations, click here
After the Survey
- Ensure all completed paper surveys are collected and responses entered into the parish survey link by the June 21 deadline.
- Only surveys with informed consent can be accepted (the “YES” box is clicked (online survey) or checked on pg. 2 (printed survey).
- Retain the consent forms (pages 1 & 2 of the survey) and send them to the Diocese (mail or deliver to the Catholic Pastoral Centre – 120 17 Ave SW, Calgary).
